All teachers at Sunshine Academy are fully licensed and certified as professional educators by the Department of Early Education and Care (DEEC). We do not hire assistant teachers or aides because we believe that every person in the classroom should have the proper education and experience in our field. All teachers are also trained and certified in infant/child CPR and First Aid.

Our Director, Tarlise Conner has worked in the field of early childhood education for more than ten years. She is well-known and highly respected for her energy, expertise and unparalleled commitment to children and their families.
